Next, you can create an application layer bandwidth management action that limits inbound
transfers to 400 kbps. The Bandwidth Management Type on Firewall Settings > BWM must be
set to WAN in order to do this in the Action Object Settings screen. If the BWM Type is Global,
go to the Firewall Settings > BWM page and adjust the Maximum/Burst setting there.
