Assign the digital input/output table not to overlap other settings. If the
assignment is overlapped or exceeds the maximum points of the digital
input/output table, the input/output number assignment error (system error
E510) and input/output number assignment setting error (operation alarm 39,
detail 01 and 02) occur.
