Use this procedure to change the date and time. Table 5-10 lists the date and time
formats that you can use.
Date MM/DD/YY 06/24/94
NOTE: The date that appears on reports and on
the screen uses three letters for the month, for
example, Jun 24 1994.
DD/MM/YY 24/06/94
NOTE: The date that appears on reports and on
the screen uses three letters for the month, for
example, 24 Jun 1994.
YY/MM/DD 94/06/24
NOTE: The date that appears on reports and on
the screen is completely numeric, for example,
1994.06.24.
Time
HH:MM (24-hour clock) 18:23 (6:23 p.m.)
1. Access the Date and Time Setup screen from the Menu screen:
a. Select 6 System Setup and press Enter.
b. Select
1 Date and Time and press Enter.
The Date and Time Setup screen appears, as shown in Figure 5-17.
