Command Set
The following table illustrates the commands used for Basic Call Vectoring.
Functions and Examples
Basic Call Vectoring allows the user to employ a number of different functions to
process telephone calls. These functions include the following:
Providing call treatments
Routing calls
Branching/Programming

TREATMENT Play an announcement.
Delay with audible feedback of silence,
ringback, system music, or alternate
audio/music source.
Play a busy tone and stop vector
processing.
Disconnect the call.
Execute a Voice Response Unit (VRU)
script.
