3.6.2. INITIAL CALIBRATION PROCEDURE FOR M100E ANALYZERS
WITHOUT OPTIONS
The following procedure assumes that:
The instrument DOES NOT have any of the available calibration valve or gas inlet options installed;
Cal gas will be supplied through the SAMPLE gas inlet on the back of the analyzer (refer to Figure 3-2),
and;
The pne
umatic setup matches that described in Section 3.4.2.
3.6.2.1. VERIFYING THE M100E REPORTING RANGE SETTINGS
While it is possible to perform the following procedure with any range setting we recommend that you perform
this initial checkout using following reporting range settings:
Unit of Measure: PPB
Analog Output Reporting Range: 500.0 ppb
Mode Setting: SNGL
While these are the default setting for the M100E analyzer, it is recommended that you verify them before
proceeding with the calibration procedure, by pressing:
