The timer 1 reload (T1RELOAD) register contains a reinitialization value for timer 1. The value of
T1RELOAD is loaded into TIMER1 when timer 1 overflows or underflows and both quadrature
clocking and the reload function are enabled (i.e., T1CONTROL.5:0 = 1).
