Removing/Installing the Lower Interface Brackets
NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 5.8 on page 53.
Removing
1. Remove the seat assembly from the rear pivot assembly. Refer to Removing/Installing
the Seat on page 75.
2. Remove both seat brackets. Refer to Removing/Installing the Seat Brackets
on page 48.
3. Remove the six button screws, washers and locknuts securing the lower interface
brackets to the battery box.
Installing
1. Secure the lower interface brackets to the battery box using the six button screws,
washers and locknuts. Torque to 13 ft-lbs ± 20%.
2. Install both seat brackets. Refer to Removing/Installing the Seat Brackets
on page 48.
3. Install the seat assembly onto the rear pivot assembly. Refer to Removing/Installing
the Seat on page 75.
