Functionality
Operate the system as Philips intended (refer to the HD3 Getting Started manual as required) all
the time observing and verifying that the following is true while checking system modalities and
basic operations:
Ongoing Observations
• The image is correctly positioned on the video display.
• The indicators and backlighting associated with the controls on the control panel indicate
correctly.
• The system responds correctly to all controls, including the foot switch if applicable.

• Every HD3 transducer purchased for the system can be connected and initialized in both
transducer ports.
