Changing Configuration Settings
To modify the default values that are set during server installation, follow
these steps:
Step 1 Change to the directory under which you installed the server files.
Use the appropriate command from Table 3-6 if you installed the server
files under the
bmc user’s home directory.
Note
The variable v.r represents the version and release number of the
Database Administration product that you installed. For example, if you
installed version 4.2, the path for an installation in the default directory
under the AIX operating system would be /usr/bmc/PDBAdmin/aix4/4.2.
