2.C To change the value of the Critical Job Duration, enter a new
value in the
Critical Job Duration box, or use the up and down
arrows to move to the desired number of hours. By default, after
24 hours, any jobs in error are taken from a critical status to a
non-critical status.
2.D Provide any host names and the associated port numbers where
the PATROL Agent resides. Also provide a valid user name and
password. Use the Add, Edit, and Delete buttons to add or
change these values.
Step 3 Exit the program.
Checking Agent Information (pasetup.ini)
After creating, changing, or deleting information about a PATROL
Agent, check the
pasetup.ini file that is located in the $BMC_LOCAL or
jobs directory. This file contains information about each agent. The
following provides sample file information:
