[208] ASSIGN RING TYPE
Allows programming of single lines to have ICM ringing, Trunk Line ringing and data se-
cure. With the many types of external ringing devices, all configurations can be met. All
devices will also have a positive disconnect signal. Do not make VM/AA ports data; this
will return them to a single line port and stop voice mail integration.
No Type Description
0 ICM RING Follows normal SLI ring cadence.
1 CO RING Follows Trunk line ring cadence.
2 DATA RING Follows Trunk line ring cadence and does not support off-hook ring.

1) Press Transfer button and enter 208.
Display shows:

2) Dial station number.(e.g., 205)

Press Volume button to select station and press
Right Soft button to move cursor.
3) Dial 1, 2 or 0 to select port type.(e.g., 2)
OR

DATA RING
Press Volume button to select type and press
Left or Right Soft button to return to step 2 above.
4) Press Transfer button to save and exit.
OR
Press Speaker button to save and advance to
next MMC.
