1. Bulb and bulb socket
Refer to “CHECKING SWITCHES” section.
Replace the bulb and/or bulb socket.
NO CONTINUITY

2. Voltage
S Connect the pocket tester (DC20 V) to the
bulb socket coupler.
Tester (+) lead !
Blue terminal
Tester (–) lead !
Black terminal
S Turn the main switch to on.
S Turn the lights switch to on or pilot position.
S Check the voltage (12 V) of the leads on the
bulb socket connector.
CONTINUITY
1
S Turn the main switch to on.
S Turn the light switch to on position.
S Turn the dimmer switch to low beam or high
beam.
S Pass switch to push in.
S Check for voltage (12 V) on the lead at bulb
socket connectors.
This circuit is not faulty.
MEETS
SPECIFICATION
The wiring circuit from the main switch to
bulb socket connector is faulty. Repair.
OUT OF SPECIFICATION
2. If the meter light fails to come on.
