Assembly
Reverse the “Removal” procedure.
Note the following points.
1. Install:
Brush holder

Align the projection

on the brush seat with
the slot

Ring

Stator ass’y

Shims

Front bracket

Apply molybdenum grease lightly on to the
bearings of the starter motor.
Align the match marks on the yoke with the
match marks on the brackets.
