Cylinder bore – Piston skirt diameter
Refer to “CYLINDER” section for cylinder
bore measurement.
Out of specification ! Replace the piston
and piston rings as a set.
Piston-to-cylinder clearance:
0.02 X 0.04 mm
3. Measure:
SPiston pin bore diameter
Out of specification ! Replace.
Piston pin bore diameter:
17.004 17.015 mm
<Limit: 17.045 mm>
4. Measure:
SPiston pin outside diameter
Out of specification ! Replace.
Piston pin outside diameter:
16.991 17.000 mm
<Limit: 16.975 mm>
5. Inspect:
SPiston pin
Blue discoloration/groove ! Clean or re-
place.
