8.2.8HEATERSSRFAULTCORRECTION
Intheeventofoneoftheheatersolidstaterelays(SSR)failinginsingleprobemode,theheaterdrive
outputcanbeswappedtotheHEATER2output.Select“Heater1<‐>Heater2”.
Ifyouarerunningindualprobemodebutnotusingthecalibrationgasorpurgesolenoidoutputsthe
solenoidoutputscanbeswappedtothe2heateroutputs.Select“Heaters<‐>CalPurge”.Thedefault
settingis“Normal”.
8.2.9SSRFAILPROTECTION
Thetransmittercontinuouslymonitorsthehighvoltageoutputsonthesolidstaterelaysthatpower
theprobeandpurge/calsolenoids.Ifitdetectsthatanysolenoidsarenotswitchingoffcorrectlythen
itmechanicallyisolatesallhighvoltageoutputsinordertoprotecttheinstrument.Thisfeaturecanbe
switchedoffbysettingtheSSRfailprotectiontodisabled.
