OPTIONupandOPTIONdownkeys
These twokeys allow for changing the option forthe selected function. A list/range of options for
each function is found in the function summary table at the start of the relevant SETUP,
COMMISSIONINGorCALIBRATIONmodechapter.
ENTERkey
TheENTERkeysetsthecurrentlydisplayedoptionandstoresthevalueinnon‐volatilememorytobe
retrieved on device start up. If the ENTER key is not pressed when a new option is chosen, the
previousoptionwillberetained.
Probeimpedancekey
Whenthiskeyispressedthetransmitterwillmeasuretheimpedanceofoxygensensor(s)attachedto
thetransmitter.Iftheburnerisnotenabled(terminals10&11)ortheprobetemperatureisbelow
700°C(1292°F)impedancecheckingwillnotbeperformed.A‘Z’willbeseeninthebottomlefthand
cornerofthedisplayasthetestisperformed.
Autocalibratekey
Whenthiskeyispressedthetransmitterwillcalibratetheanalogueoutputchannelsthataresetto
autocalibration (see chapter10).This is performedbydirecting the outputcurrent awayfrom the
outputterminals(terminals12&13and14&15)backtoananalogueinputtothetransmitterinorder
tocalculateazeroandspancalibrationfactorforeachoftheoutputchannels.
Duringthisprocessnormaloutputtotheanaloguechannelswillbeinterruptedsendingtheoutputsto
zeromA.
