6.3SETUPMODEFUNCTIONS
6.3.1Probe1Offset
EachTeledyneAnalytical Instruments probe hasan offset calibration value printed on a tag that is
attachedtotheprobewhenitisdispatched.Toachieveaccuratemeasurementtheoffsetvaluemust
be entered withthe same polarity as it is printed on this label. The offset value should be within
±1.0mV
NOTE: An offset of 1.0mV will cha
nge the oxygen reading by approximately 1% oxygen when the
probeisinambientair.However,astheprocessoxygenmeasurementdrops,thisoffsetwillhavea
reducedaffect.Ataprocessgasoxygenconcentrationof2%,the1.0mVoffseterrorwillonlychange
thereadingby0.1%oxygen.
Ifinanydoubtaboutthecorrectoffsetvalue,setitto0.
0mV.
Thefunction’Probe2Offset’willonlyappearifthetransmitterhasbeenconfiguredfor2probes.(see
chapter7.2.3NumberofProbes)
6.3.2LowerLineItems
Thisfunctionallowstheoperatortochangetheitemsthatareavailabletobedisplayedonthelower
lineofthetransmitterinRUNmode.Iftheword“Enabled”appearsonthedisplayforaselectedlower
line option, the measurement will be available to be shown on the display in the RUN mode by
scrollingthroughthelistusingtheDISPLAYUPandDISPLAYDO
WNkeys.
Alowerlinemeasurementcanbe“Enabled”ordisabledbypressingtheENTERkey.
