6.3SETUPMODEFUNCTIONS
6.3.1Probe1Offset
EachTeledyneAnalytical Instruments probe hasan offset calibration value printed on a tag that is
attachedtotheprobewhenitisdispatched.Toachieveaccuratemeasurementtheoffsetvaluemust
be enteredwiththesame polarityas itis printedon thislabel. Theoffset valueshould be within
±1.0mV
NOTE:Anoffset of1.0mVwill cha
ngetheoxygenreading byapproximately 1%oxygenwhen the
probeisinambientair.However,astheprocessoxygenmeasurementdrops,thisoffsetwillhavea
reducedaffect.Ataprocessgasoxygenconcentrationof2%,the1.0mVoffseterrorwillonlychange
thereadingby0.1%oxygen.
Ifinanydoubtaboutthecorrectoffsetvalue,setitto0.
0mV.
Thefunction’Probe2Offset’willonlyappearifthetransmitterhasbeenconfiguredfor2probes.(see
chapter7.2.3NumberofProbes)
6.3.2LowerLineItems
Thisfunctionallowstheoperatortochangetheitemsthatareavailabletobedisplayedonthelower
lineofthetransmitterinRUNmode.Iftheword“Enabled”appearsonthedisplayforaselectedlower
lineoption, themeasurementwillbeavailabletobe shownonthe displayintheRUN modeby
scrollingthroughthelistusingtheDISPLAYUPandDISPLAYDO
WNkeys.
Alowerlinemeasurementcanbe“Enabled”ordisabledbypressingtheENTERkey.
