Exception Report
The Exception Report displays key diabetes-related information for all patients in the
OneTouch
®
DMS database (see Figure 3.14). This Report helps you easily flag patients who
may need to be managed more closely. It can also be used to document improved standards
of care in a practice. Finally, Reports can be generated for subsets of patients, i.e. those under
a given insurance plan. If you enter insurance information for each patient, you can run a
report including all patients with a given carrier.
Report data may be sorted by the following criteria by clicking on the sort arrow in the correct
column:
■ Patient Name
■ Total number of glucose readings in the date range
■ Percentage of glucose readings below the target ranges
■ Percentage of glucose readings above the target ranges
■ Total number of hypoglycemic readings
■ HbA1c
• By Value or Date
■ Dr. Visit by Date
■ Eye Exam
■ Foot Exam
