Assistance
Medtronic Diabetes provides a 24 Hour HelpLine for assistance. The HelpLine is staffed with technicians who are
trained in the set-up and operation of the pump and are able to answer pump-related questions. When calling the
HelpLine or your local Medtronic Diabetes office, please have your pump and serial number available. The phone
number for the 24 Hour HelpLine is also on the back of your pump.
