Test Strips from
LifeScan, or when the OneTouch

SureStep
®
Meter or Test Strips are modified in any way.
This warranty is in lieu of all other war-
ranties, express or implied, including any
implied warranty of merchantability or fit-
ness for a particular purpose.
Three–Year Warranty
The OneTouch
®
SureStep
®
Meter has a full
3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If, at any time during the first 3 years after
purchase, the meter does not work for any
reasons (except for obvious abuse), LifeScan
will replace it with a new meter or equivalent
product free of charge.
The Warranty Policy applies only to the original
purchaser of this meter and does not
include the batteries supplied with the meter.
