Important Control Solution Test Information
• Use only OneTouch
®
Ultra
™
Control Solution.
• Check the expiration date on the control solution bottle. Record
the discard date (date opened plus three months) on the bottle
label. Do not use after expiration or discard date, whichever
comes first.
• Control solution, meter, and test strips should be at room
temperature between 20 and 25°C before testing.
• Shake the bottle, discard the first drop of control solution, and
wipe off the dispenser tip to ensure a good sample and an
accurate result.
• Store the control solution tightly closed at temperatures below
30°C. Do not refrigerate.
CAUTION: The control solution range printed on the test strip vial
is for OneTouch
®
Ultra
™
Control Solution only. It is not a
recommended range for your blood glucose level.
