Throttle Body Assy
•
Disconnect the main throttle sensor [A] and subthrottle
sensor [B] connector.
•
Disconnect:
Subthrottle Valve Actuator Lead Connector [A]
Inlet Air Pressure Sensor Connector [B]
•
Separete the hoses [A] from the throttle body fittings and
inlet air pressure sensor.
•
Remove the screws [B] to pull out the injector assies from
the throttle body assy together with the delivery pipe [C].
NOTE
○
Do not damage the insertion portions of the injectors
when they are pulled out from the throttle body.
•
Pull out the injectors [A] from the delivery pipe [B].
NOTE
○
Do not damage the insertion portions of the injectors
when they are pulled out from the delivery pipe.
Throttle Body Assy Assembly
•
Before assembling, blow away dirt or dust from the throttle
body and delivery pipe by applying compressed air.
•
Apply daphne oil or engine oil to the new O-rings [A] of
each injector, insert them to the delivery pipe [B] and con-
firm whether the injectors turn smoothly or not.
NOTE
○
Replace the O-rings of injectors to new ones.
