1. Remove themountingscrewandcovedwasherthatsecuresthelowerfootrest

assemblytotheswingawayfootrestassembly.

2. Remove thelowerfootrestassembly.

3. Remove themountingscrewsandlocknutsthatsecuretheheellooptothefootrest.

4. Slideexistingheelloopupandoffslidetube.

5. Slidenewheelloopontoslidetube.

6. ReverseSTEPS1‐4toreassemble.

NOTE:Whensecuringtheheellooptothefootrestassembly,tightenthephillipsscrewandlocknut

untilthespacerissecure.
