Printing the Number of Prints
for Each User Code
You can print out the number of
prints made under each user code us-
ing [Print Counter], [Transmission Coun-
ter] or [Scanner Counter].
To print the number of prints made
under each user code
A Press the {User Tools/Counter} key.
B Press [System Settings].
C Press [Key Operator Tools].
D Press [Display/Clear/Print Counter per
User Code].
E Select a user code from the left
side of the display.
Note
r Press [Select all on the page] to se-
lect all user codes on the page.
F Press [Print Counter List] under Per
User Code.
Note
r Enter the user code, and then
press [#] if the user code is regis-
tered.
G Select the function usage you
want to print from [Print Counter],
[Transmission Counter], and [Scanner
Counter].
H Press [Print].
To print the number of prints for all
user codes
A Press the {User Tools/Counter} key.
B Press [System Settings].
C Press [Key Operator Tools].
D Press [Display/Clear/Print Counter per
User Code].
E Press [Print Counter List] under All
User Codes.
Note
r Enter the user code, and then

F Select the function usage you

G Press [Print].
