SOLUTION
Charge batteries overnight or
ensure 8 hours of charge between
use times (PROCEDURE 8).
Replace Batteries

Switch on back of charger NOT
set to 115 volts (PROCEDURE 8).

Check all connections. Secure
connections (PROCEDURE 8).
Switch to another wall outlet.
Replace Charger or internal
