Adjusting the Handcycle Rack
Wheel Tray Bracket
NOTE:Toproperlysecurethehandcycle,thewheeltraybracketshouldbeadjustedtositagainst
thefrontwheel.
1. Removethefourmountingboltsandlocknutssecuringthewheeltraybrackettothe
wheeltray.
2. Positionthewheeltraybracketinthedesiredposition.
3. Securethewheeltraybrackettothewheeltraywiththefourmountingboltsand
locknuts.
4. Ifnecessary,thewheelstopmaybeadjustedtooneofthreepositionstositagainstthe
frontwheel.Toadjustthewheelstop,performthefollowingsteps:
A. Removethemountingboltandlocknutsecuringthewheelstoptothewheeltray
bracket.
B. Positionthewheelstopinthedesiredmountingposition.
C. Securethewheelstoptothewheeltraybracketwiththemountingboltand
locknut.
Rear Wheel Bar Brackets
NOTE:Toproperlysecurethehandcycle,therearwheelbarbracketsshouldbeadjustedtosit
againsttherearwheels.
1. Loosenthetwoscrewssecuringtherearwheelbarbrackettotherearwheelbar.
2. Adjusttherearwheelbarbracketin/outuntiltheysitagainsttherearwheel.
3. Securetherearwheelbarbrackettotherearwheelbarwiththetwoscrews.
4. RepeatSTEPS1‐3fortheoppositesideifnecessary.
Rear Wheel Bar
NOTE:Toproperlysecurethehandcycle,therearwheelbarshouldbeadjustedsotherearwheels
sitintherearwheelbarbrackets.
1. Removethetwomountingboltsandlocknutssecuringtherearwheelbartothewheel
tray.
2. Positiontherearwheelbartooneofthreemountingpositionsonthewheeltray.
3. Securetherear
wheelbartothewheeltraywiththetwomountingboltsandlocknuts.
