24. InstallthefootrestsontothenewforktothepositionnotedinSTEP17andsecurewith
thetwohexboltsandlocknuts.
25. Positionthechainaroundthehubofthefrontwheel.
26. Installthefrontwheelontothenewfork.
NOTE:Makesurethewasherandthenon‐turnwasherareontheoutsideofthenewfork.
27. Lineuptheprojectingendsofthenon‐turnwasherwiththeslotinthenewfork.
28. RepeatSTEPS27‐28untiltheprojectingendsofthenon‐turnwasherlineupwiththe
slotinthenewfork.
29. Torquethetwocapnuts260‐390in‐lbs.
30. Installthebrakearmclampontothenewfork.
31. Securethebrakearmtothebrakearmclampwiththehexboltandlocknut.Torqueto
22‐26inch‐pounds.
32. Reinstalltheshiftingleverontotheseatframeandsecurewiththesocketscrew.
33. Installtheroadcrowncompensatororsteeringdampenerontothenewfork.Referto

34. Installthebrakeassemblyontothenewfork.Refertothehardwarepositionnotedin
STEP8andtightensecurelywiththesocketnut.
35. Slidethecrankhandlesontothenewfork.
NOTE:Makesur ethesprocketonthecrankhandlesisinlinewiththesprocketonthefrontwheel.
36. Reinstallthechainontothecrankhandlesprocket.
37. MovethecrankhandletothepositiondeterminedinSTEP1andtighenthetwosocket
screwssecurely.
