2. Removecabinet.RefertoRemovingCabinet

3. Pluginunit.
4. Turntheconcentratoron().
5. Letconcentratorrunfor20minutes.

NOTleaktest4‐wayvalvebody.Carefullyleaktestforpressureleaksaroundsievebed
hosesat4‐wayvalve.DONOTallowleaktestsolutiontoenterinto4‐wayvalveand
system.
6. Withʺleak‐test”solutionorequivalentsoapywater,leaktestthefollowing:
A. Thetwosievebedhoseconnectionatthe4‐wayvalve/manifoldassembly
(Detail”A”).
B. Leaktestthehosefittingoncenterportof4‐wayvalve/manifoldassembly.
C. Hoseconnectionstotopandbottomfittingsofsievebeds.
D. P.E.valvehoseconnections.
E. Hose
fittingsatproducttankcapandcheckvalves(Detail“B”).
F. Bothfittingsonheatexchangerassembly(Detail“C”).
7. Replaceanytubingthatappearscracked,worn,etc.
8. Re‐installcabinet.RefertoRemovingCabinet
onpage 23.
9. RefertoTypicalProductParametersonpage 8forconcentrationlevels.Iflow
concentrationsareobserved,refertoTroubleshootingonpage 16.
