3. Rotate the round adjustment nut clockwise/counterclockwise until edge of fork is flush with “L” square and is 90° to ground/floor (Detail “B”).
4. Tighten the top and bottom mounting screws securely (Detail ”A”).
Large Angle Adjustments
1. If necessary loosen the top mounting screw (Detail “A”).
2. Remove bottom mounting screw that secures the square adjustment nut in place (Detail “A”).
3. Remove the square adjustment nut and rotate in 1/4 turn increments (Detail “B”).
4. Reinstall into recessed area of caster headtube.
5. With one hand reinstall bottom mounting screw in front frame while rotating the caster headtube on the frame until the bottom mounting screw
can be installed into the square adjustment nut.
6. If necessary, rotate the round adjustment nut clockwise/counterclockwise until edge of fork is flush with “L” square and is 90° to ground/floor
(Detail “B”).
7. Tighten the top and bottom mounting screws securely (Detail ”A”).
When performing STEPS 3/4, the square adjustment nut can’t be placed with the mounting screw locator hole positioned as
shown due to interference between the adjustment nut and the top of the caster fork (Detail “D”).
