Removing the Caster
1. Remove the button head screw that secure the caster to the fork.
Installing the Caster
1. Secure caster to one sided fork with button head screw. Tighten
securely.

Removing Fork Assembly
1. Remove the front caster from the fork. Refer to Removing Front Caster on page 82.
2. Perform one of the following:
• Standard Forks - Remove locknut securing the fork and fork spacer from the fork stem (Detail “A”).
• One Sided Fork (Detail “B”) -
a. Unscrew fork stem from head tube.

If replacing a fork, note the mounting position of the existing front caster for installation of the new fork.
