Reset LEDs (LED10 and LED12)
When LED10 is lit (red), the master reset of all the major ICs is active.
When
LED12 is lit (red), the USB interface chip (U4) is being reset. The
USB chip is reset only on power-up, or if USB communication has not
been initialized.
