• * Instead of going on-hook, if you press the HOLD button or TRANSFER button
(KX-HGT100) once or twice (depending on the telephone being used), you can return to the
held call, and the call with the transferred party will be disconnected.
• When you are not at your desk or not in the office and receive a forwarded outside call, for
example on your cellular phone, it is possible to transfer the call to an extension in the PBX
by pressing # + desired extension number (if enabled through system programming). Calls
can only be transferred to extensions within the PBX.
• For the transfer operation using an SDN button, refer to
"1.5.1 Primary Directory Number
(PDN)/Secondary Directory Number (SDN) Extension".
