Maintenance Safety Inspection Checklist
*NOTE:Forindividualhomeuse,afullinspectionisrequiredpriortoeachnewuser.
**NOTE:Regularcleaningwillreveallooseorwornparts,enhancesmoothoperationandextendthelifeexpectancyofthelift.
NOTE:Followthemaintenanceproceduresdescribedinthismanualtokeepyourpatientliftincontinuousservice.
TheInvacarePatientLiftisdesignedtoprovideamaximumofsafe,efficientandsatisfactoryservicewithminimumcare
andmaintenance.
AllpartsoftheInvacareLiftaremadeofthebestgradesofsteel,butmetaltometalcontactwillwearafterconsiderableuse.
Thereisnoadjustmentormaintenanceof
thecasters,otherthancleaning,lubricationandcheckingaxleandswivelboltsfor
tightness.Removealldebris,etc.fromthewheelandswivelbearings.Ifanypartsareworn,replacetheseparts
IMMEDIATELY.
Ifyouquestionthesafetyofanypartofthelift,contactyourDealerIMMEDIATELYandadvise
him/herofyourproblem.
