Assembling the Patient Lift

Assembling the Mast Assembly to the Base

NOTE:Themastassemblymayberemovedfromthebasefor

storageortransporting.ThemastassemblyMUSTbeproperly

securedtothebaseassemblybeforeuse.

NOTE:Forthisprocedure,refertoFIGURE 2.1.

1. Putthebaseonalevelsurfacesoallcastersmake

contactwiththefloor.

2. Locktherear

casters.RefertoDetail“A”.

3. Unscrewthetopknobandremoveitfromthebase.

4. Loosenthebottomknob,butleaveitscrewedintothe

base.

5. Putthetubeofthemastassemblyintotheholeinthe

base.

6. Whilesupportingthemastassembly,tightenthe

bottomplasticknob.

7. Screwthetopplastic

knobintotheholeinthebase.
