Remote Shooting in the EOS Capture
This chapter explains how to use the EOS Capture for taking shots remotely
from your computer.
For more information on the restrictions of the EOS Capture, refer also to the source
listed below.
Readme: Click the [Start] button X select [All Programs] ([Programs] in versions
other than Windows XP) X [Canon Utilities] X [EOS Capture xx] (“xx” is
the version) X [EOS Capture Readme].
O Remote shooting in the EOS Capture is available with the EOS-1D Mark II N, EOS-1Ds
Mark II, EOS-1D Mark II, EOS-1Ds, EOS-1D, EOS 5D, EOS DIGITAL REBEL XT/350D
DIGITAL and EOS 20D.
O EOS Capture cannot be used when the camera’s communication mode is set to [Print/PTP]
or [PTP]. Set the camera’s communication mode to [PC connect.], [PC connection] or
[Normal] (p.1-1).
