Press the "Message" key.
Press the key for the desire
d room, e.g. 222.
Press the "Exit" key. The DSS module returns to displaying the calling status of
the room telephones.
"Message" appears on the display of the room telep
hone. If the room telephone does
not have a display, the LED for signalling a call will light up.
If the guest rings back, the "Message" indication will be cancelled or the LED will go
out.
To delete the message:
Press the key for the desire
d room again, e.g. 222.
