You have the following options:
•
To add a new memo, press
Add
. (For more information, refer to
“Create a Memo”
on page 61.)

To review the highlighted memo, press
VIEW

.
While viewing a memo, you can do any of the following:
–
Change the text of the memo by pressing
Edit
and using the keypad
keys. (For more information, refer to
“Entering Text”
on page 15.)

Return to the Memo Pad screen by pressing
OK
( ).

Press
Options
to Erase the memo you are viewing, Add a New Memo,
or Lock/Unlock the memo you are viewing.

To Edit or Erase a memo, Erase all memos, or Lock / Unlock a
memo, press
Options
and select the desired options.
Alarm Clock
Your phone has three alarm clocks that
can be set to go off once, or to recur
daily at a specific time.
Note:
The alarm doesn’t function when the
phone is turned off. If the time for an
alarm that was set for Once has elapsed
while the phone is off, the alarm occurs
at the specified time on the next day.
1. From the Tools menu, select
Alarm Clock ➔ Alarm 1 /

2. To set the alarm Off or On, press the Navigation key Left/
Right or use the Left/Right arrow keys.
3. Enter the time for the alarm, then use press the Navigation
key Left/Right or use the Left/Right arrow keys to select
AM or PM, the alarm Frequency (Daily, Mon.-Fri.,
Weekends, or Once), the Ringer type (Tone, Vibrate,
Light Only), and the ringtone (from My Ringtones or My
Sounds).
4. Press
SAVE
( ). If the alarm is set to On, the alarm icon
( ) appears in the top line of the display.
When an Alarm Sounds
An animated alarm clock appears in the display along with
Snooze and Dismiss options and an alert sounds when the
specified time for the alarm arrives.
•
To silence the alarm, use the Navigation key to highlight
Snooze
or
Dismiss
and press .
•
If the alarm was set as a Daily alarm, the alarm icon remains in the top
of the display.
•
If the alarm was set as a Once only alarm, the alarm icon disappears
from the top of the display.
Turn Off the Alarm
1. From the Tools menu, select Alarm Clock.
