Step 2: Clean the Test Strip Holder.
Wash only the test strip holder with
soap and water.
Clean the underside of the test
strip holder. Using a damp cotton swab,
clean the small hole from both sides to
remove any dirt, blood, or lint. Rinse
well. Dry completely with a soft cloth
or tissue.
Step 3: Clean the Test Area.
The following cleaning agents will
damage the meter.
DO NOT USE:

Alcohol
■
Cleansers with ammonia or phenol
■
Windex
®
or other glass cleaners
■
Abrasive cleansers
