ICROFILL™ Test Strips or when the Ascensia™ MICROFILL™
Test Strip is altered or modified in any manner.
BAYER MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY FOR THIS
PRODUCT. THE OPTION OF REPLACEMENT, DESCRIBED
ABOVE, IS BAYER’S ONLY OBLIGATION UNDER THIS
WARRANTY.
Limitations of Capability:
IN NO EVENT SHALL BAYER BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF BAYER HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
