If you use either the backlight or the test light during the test mode,
the backlight lights again to show you the test results after the
measurement is complete.
2. Using Alarms

There are four alarms that you can set. When an alarm goes
off, you hear the sound for up to 15 seconds. You can silence
the alarms by pressing either the “m” or “c” buttons or by
inserting a test strip.
The bell ( ) icon will be displayed if any of the four alarms
has been set.
