c (Configure) Button
The “c” button is used to:
• Marks a test result as control
solution.
• Changes the test strip code
(scrolls forward), time, alarm
settings, sound options, date,
unit of measurement, and
reviews stored readings.
• Silences an alarm.
Test Strip Port
Insert the Top end of a new FreeStyle
Test Strip here. The meter powers on
when you insert the test strip. The test
strip port has a test light that can be
used to light a testing area in low-light
conditions.
