POINT
When powering ON the system, make sure to power ON the safety power supply
first, and then the module power supply.
If the module power supply is powered ON first, monitor signals cannot be read
properly.
For details, refer to Section 6.3.
Connect the start-up switch between
XS0 and XS1.
