Powering the Transportable Oxygen
Concentrator
ƽ WARNING
UseonlyInvacarespecifiedpowersupplieswiththe
transportableoxygenconcentrator. Useofothernonapprov ed
powersupplieswiththetransportableoxygenconcentrator
cancausedamageand/orinjuryandwillvoidthewarranty.
WhenusingtheDCPowerCabletoeitheroperateorcharge
thetransportableoxygenconcentrator,thecar/boat/motor
homeengineshouldbeoperating.

1. Thetransportableoxygenconcentratorallowsthefreedomtochoose
fromthefollowingpowersources:
•Thereplaceablebatterymodule.Thetransportableoxygen
concentr atorcomesequippedwith arechargeablelithiumbattery
modulethatisnot user ser viceable.When fullycharged,it suppl ies
powerforupto4.5hours,dependingonthesetting.
•AnACpoweradapterallowsthetransportableoxygen
concentr atortobe connectedtoa100240volt50/ 60hertzoutlet(i.e.
walloutletofyourhome).ThepoweradapterconvertsACvoltage
toaDCvoltagethatcanbeused
topowerthetransporta bl eoxygen
concentr ator.UseoftheACpoweradapterwillallowthe
transportableoxygenconce n tr atortooperateandsimultaneously
rechargethebatterymodule.Touse,c onnecttheACpoweradapter
tothetransportableoxygenco ncentratorasshownin(DETAIL
“C”).ConnecttheotherendtotheACpower
outlet.
•ADCpowercableallowsthetransportableoxygenconcentrat or to
beconnectedtoanautomobile’s(boat,motorhome,etc.…)12volt
DCoutlet . UseoftheDCpowercablewillallowthetransportable
oxygenconcen tr atortobeoperatedandsimultaneouslyrecharge
thebatterymodu le(dependingontheflowsetting) .To
use,connect
theDCpowercabletothetransportableoxygenconcentratoras
shownin(DETAIL“C”).ConnecttheotherendtotheDCpower
source.
