Replacing Forks

ƽ WARNING

Ensure that there is sufficient room to turn stand up lift on its side and that floor

area is clear of debris. Otherwise, injury to personnel or damage to stand up lift may

occur.

NOTE:Forthisprocedure,refertoFIGURE 7.7andFIGURE 7.8onpage36.

1. Placethestandupliftonitsside.

2. Removethefrontorrearcasterfromthelift.RefertoReplacingCasters/Forkson

page 36.

3. Unscrewtheexistingforkfromthebase.

4. Installthenewforkontothebase.

5. Installthefrontorrearcasterontothestanduplift.RefertoReplacingCasters/Forks

onpage 36.

6. Standthestandupliftbackup.
