Assembling the Mast Actuator
CAUTION
DO NOT overtighten the nut and bolt. This damages the mounting bracket.
NOTE:Forthisprocedure,refertoFIGURE 2.2.
1. Removethetopnut,topbolt,bracket,
andbushingfromthemounting
bracketonthemast.
2. Positionthemastactuatorinthelift
armmountingbracket.
3. Installthetopnut,topbolt,bracket,
andbushingintothemountingbracket
andmastactuator.
4. Tightensecurely.

Installing the Leg Actuator to the Base
NOTE:Forthisprocedure,refertoFIGURE 2.3onpage16.
1. Slidethelegactuatorintotheslotinthebaseofthelift.SeeDetail“B”.
2. Performthefollowingtosecurethelegactuatortothepivotbracket(Detail“A”):
ƽ WARNING
Ensure that there is sufficient room to turn lift on its side and that floor area is clear
of debris. Otherwise, injury to personnel or damage to lift may occur.
A. Turntheliftonitsside.
B. Positionslotinlegactuatoroverthepivotbracket.
C. Installthepinthroughthelegactuatorandpivotbracketandsecurewithhitchpin.
D. Returnthelifttotheuprightposition.
3. Performthefollowingtosecurethelegactuatortothemastbracket(Detail“B”):
A. Positionlegactuatorbetweenmastbracket.
B. Movethelegstoaligntheholesinthelegactuatorwiththeholesinthemast
bracket.
C. Installthepinthroughtheholesofthelegactuatorandmastbracketandsecure
withhitchpin.
4. Plugthependantcontrolintothebottomofthecontrolbox.
