Managing the Aastra CNX
Booking a new permanent conference
Use the following procedure to schedule a new permanent conference on the
Aastra CNX.
Note: Dial-in services must be configured and enabled to create
permanent conferences. Before creating a conference, you must configure
ISDN PRI or Voice over IP. For configuring dial-in services, see
Chapter 3, “Configuring the Aastra CNX.”
Step Action
1 Open your Web browser and enter the URL for your Aastra CNX.
Log in with a valid user ID and password.
2 Click the Permanent Conferences tab in the Aastra CNX main window.
3 In the Permanent Conference List, click .
Result: The Create New Permanent Conference window displays.
