1. In the WAS Admin Console, navigate to Servers and click on Application Servers.
2. Click on the Application Server.
3. In the Application Server’s screen, click Web Container.
4. In the Web Container screen, click on HTTP Transports.
5. In the HTTP Transports screen, click on the asterisk associated with the port for which “SSL enabled” is set to
False.
6. In the port’s screen, click on Custom Properties.
7. Click the New button.
8. Set the name to ConnectionIOTimeOut and the value to 1000.
