the upper torso (shoulder) belt across
the center of the shoulder. Position
the lap belt low across the front of the
pelvis (near hip). See Photos P-S.
Wheelchair occupant restraints should
not be held away from the body by
wheelchair components such as
wheelchair armrests or wheels.
