Delete: deletes the file.
Rename: renames the file.
Set to ring tone: allows you to use the sound or
melody as your ringtone.
Detail info: views the type, size, etc of the
selected file.
Creating a Sound
1. From the Sounds category, select
Recordings sub folder and select the Create
new and press the OK key.
2. Voice memo screen displays.

Organiser
The organiser feature allows you to view the
current month as well as the past or future
month in calendar format. You can schedule up
to 100 events in total.
Calendar
(Menu 7-1)
The calendar of this month
displays with today’s date
highlighted.
Days with any events are
marked with a coloured
symbol, green for schedule
items, red for anniversary,
blue for to do list, and
orange for memo.
To scroll through the calendar:
• Press the or key to move to the
previous or next week.
• Press the or key to move to the previous
or next day.
• Press the volume keys to move to the previous
or next month. You can also press the or
key when the title bar showing the month and
year highlights.
• Press the OK key to access the highlighted
date.
You can use the following options by pressing the
Options soft key:
View: shows you the schedule of the selected
day.
New: allows you to make a new Schedule,
Anniversary, To do list or Memo.
Month view: returns to the calendar screen.
Reschedule: allows you to change the schedule
easily. When the calendar displays, move to new
start date using the navigation keys and press
the OK key.
Delete: deletes the events the period you enter.
Delete all: deletes all of the events in your
calendar.
