Stability - All Models
Theseatdepth,size/positionofthefrontcasters,size/positionoftherearwheels,
antitippermodel,aswellastheuserconditiondirectlyrelatetothestabilityofthe
wheelchair.Anychangetooneoranycombinationofthesevenmaycausethewheelchair
todecreaseinstability.TheseadjustmentsMUSTbeperformedbyaqualifiedtechnician.
Thevariousseattofloorheightsrequirespecificsettingsdependingonrearwheelsize,
rearwheelposition,frontcastersize/positionanddesiredseattofloorangle.These
adjustmentsMUSTbeperformedbyaqualifiedtechnician.
Weight Training
Invacaredoesnotrecommendtheuseofitswheelchairsasaweighttrainingapparatus.
Invacarewheelchairshavenotbeendesignedortestedasaseatforanykindofweight
training.Ifoccupantusessaidwheelchairasaweighttrainingapparatus,Invacareshall
notbeliableforbodilyinjuryordamagetothewheelchairandthewarrantyisvoid.
Weight Limitation
TheTracerIVwheelchairwithstandardwheelpackagehasaweightlimitationof350lbs
(159kg).TheTracerIVwheelchairwiththeheavydutywheelpackagehasaweight
limitationof450lbs(205kg.).
